  • We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit for all editing services. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or completed services.

    If you feel the finished product does not fulfill your expectations, please contact us and we will work with you to remediate the situation.

  • We are in the process of developing a royalty-share-based program for coaching clients on self-publishing their books! Contact us if you are interested in this, we are looking for our first clients to help Copper Quill delve into the publishing world (the first few clients will receive steep discounts/free services in exchange for being our guinea pigs :))

  • Reach out to us via the contact form on our website. We will send you our Calendly, where you are free to schedule a free phone consultation.

    If you are located near Denver, CO, Lexi will be available for an in-person coffee shop meetup to discuss your project.

  • Yes! We offer a 15% discount when booking two or more of our services. Let us know if you are considering multiple services, and we will be sure to apply the discount.

    We also do sales intermittently throughout the year. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date. You might just receive a special discount!

  • Once the final invoice is paid, the edited files will be sent to you via email. They are typically sent within 48 hours of the final payment. Please contact us if this was not the case for you.

  • We are proud to offer flexibility with payments. Multiple installments are frequently requested. Please let us know you would like to pay in installments and we will work out a payment schedule with you—we are flexible!
