Once the final invoice is paid, the edited files will be sent to you via email. They are typically sent within 48 hours of the final payment. Please contact us if this was not the case for you.

We are proud to offer flexibility with payments. Multiple installments are frequently requested. Please let us know you would like to pay in installments and we will work out a payment schedule with you—we are flexible!
